Network Provider Application
Thank you for your interest in joining The Exodus Project network of service providers. We are your financial resources partner for emergency financial assistance for victims of domestic abuse in transition.
The Exodus Project grants are exclusively provided through local nonprofit agencies including domestic violence agencies, shelters and Community Organizations that (must) provide in-person support services for victims of domestic abuse.
To ensure 98% of donated funds go to the victims as opposed to 90% of donated funds being used for administrative/operational expenses to duplicate the efforts of the local agencies. The local agency is the primary point of contact and liaison between victim and The Exodus Project. The Exodus Project does not provide victim support services that are already (should be) provided by the local domestic violence agency including DV hotline, legal aid, and case management services, etc.
Below are the organizational requirements and submission form.
