How You Will Participate
After you register for the Transformation Coachâ„¢ Training Program, you will receive a confirmation email. Your registration confirmation email confirms that you are registered for the Live Training and will include your Virtual Training Zoom link and instructions to access the live training sessions.
Group Portal: Your Transformation Coachâ„¢ Training comes with 24/7 access to the Transformation Coachâ„¢ online Portal. Following the first session, you will receive a link and password to access the Group Portal. Your participant portal will provide you with exclusive access to course materials, training materials, resources, and session recordings — to watch/rewatch on your schedule, 24/7.
Live sessions are recorded and will be available in your Group Portal 24 hours after each live session.

Live sessions are recorded and will be available to watch and rewatch 24/7 in the online Group Portal. The link and Password to the participant portal will be included in your welcome email.
Payment Plans are available in 2-month installments. Payment plans will be based on the Early Bird price while Early Bird Registration is open. After Early Bird Registration closes, payment plans will be based on the full program price of $4,995.00. Early Bird registration closes when the early bird capacity is reached.
Preview Payment Plan Dates: Payment dates can be previewed prior to purchase by selecting the “View More” link beneath the payment plan description.
Email Confirmation: A purchase confirmation will be sent immediately following registration to the email address used during checkout. Your email confirmation will include the upcoming/remaining payments and payment dates.
Payment Plan Payments: Payment Plan payments are auto-debited on 30-day intervals on the dates indicated in the Payment Plan Schedule. To view the Payment Plan Schedule, select the “View More” link beneath the Payment Plan Description.
Payment Reminders: Automatic Payment Plan Reminders will be sent out 3,2, and 1 days before the scheduled payment.
Access to Transformation Coachâ„¢ Portal: Unpaid/canceled payment plans will suspend access to the Transformation Coach Portal.
Manage Payment Plan: Payment plans can be managed, including viewing upcoming payment dates, by logging into your account, which is created during checkout. Payment Plans can be manually paid earlier than the Payment Plan due dates or paid in full by logging into your account and selecting your payment plan.
Refunds: Canceled/unpaid payment plans are nonrefundable.
